New Address or Phone Number?:

Has your address or other personal information changed?  
If so, we need to know…

If you are an ADP user, log in and go to the bottom left side of the ADP home page. 

Click on the link called“Employee Update Information Form”.  This will open the necessary 

form you will need to complete and send to HR before any updates can be made 

to your personal contact information.

If you are not an ADP user, please contact Human Resources to get the necessary form.

Weekly Updates
Kinnser Tips & Tricks:

  
  • To keep Kinnser functioning properly, it is a must to clear the cookies/cache and browsing history on a regular basis. If this is not done, saving and submitting notes will become a problem.
  • Please refer to the instructions below or to the handout in your white patient chart or call your Case Manager if you do not have these instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Press the soft key on the bottom of the tablet case to get to the main screen.
  2. Touch the Google Chrome Browser icon
  3. Touch the icon that has 3 vertical dots
  4. Touch "History" from the list that dropped down
  5. Look at the very bottom of your screen and touch "Clear Browsing History"
  6. Make sure the following are checked:
    1. Cashe and cookies 
    2. Site Data
    3. Obliterate the following items from
  7. Touch "Clear"
  8. Press the soft key on the bottom of the tablet case to get back to the main screen to access Kinnser again.
Health Stream:

REMEMBER – Your Health Stream training's are a monthly requirement.  They are due by the last day of every month.  Becoming delinquent in your Health Stream training's could lead to disciplinary action, including being put on Administrative Leave without pay.  Continued delinquency could lead to termination of employment.  If you have questions regarding this, please contact Human Resources.
